Installation Instruction:
  • Download the apk file from the download section of this post.
  • Now place the apk files in your phone's internal SD card. 
  • From Google Play Store Download and install AppInstaller on your phone.
  • Now from menu go to Settings > Security > Check mark "Unknown Sources" 
  • Now install the Dolphin Browser HD 8.5.1 if you have previous version uninstall it before installing this.
  • Then open AppsInstaller and find "install_flash_player_ics (1).apk" and install it. 
  • Now launch Dolphin Browser HD go to option > more > web content > flash player and set it to "Always on"
